Our Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) operate as an ATM. During scheduled hours you can also interact with a Live Teller! Worried about making it into the Banking Center lobby in time? Worry no more! Our ITMs have you covered.

What can an ITM do?

Unlike an ATM, an ITM allows our customers to interact with a Live Teller on the video screen. The Live Teller can answer questions about your accounts and can also:

Cash checks
Accept deposits
Process cash withdrawals
Accept loan payments
Exchange large bills and small bills
Process transfers between Security Bank accounts
Facilitate PIN changes
Answer balance and other account inquiries
Provide extended hours: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-6:00PM, Saturday 8:00AM-2:00PM

ITM FAQs

What is an ITM?

ITM stands for Interactive Teller Machine. Our ITMs allow our customers to use the machine as a full-service ATM or engage a Live Teller to complete additional transactions like cash checks, loan payments, exchange large bills and small bills, or answer other inquiries about an account.

Who can use the ITMs?

Live Tellers can help Security Bank customers, but anyone may use the machine in ATM mode.

How does the ITM know who I am or if I am a customer?

You can place your ID (e.g., Driver’s License) on the ITM scanner. The Live Teller can then pull up your customer information to best assist you. If you do not have your ID, the Live Teller can identify you by you inserting your debit card in the card reader in the ITM.

Can an ITM accept or dispense coins?

No. When you cash a check where there is change in the check amount, the change will be deposited into your account.

When are ITM Live Tellers available?

Monday–Friday: 8:00AM–6:00PM
Saturday: 8:00AM–2:00PM

How much money can I withdraw from an ITM?

Up to $5,000.00 can be withdrawn from the ITM. (May be limited to the amount of available currency in the machine.)

How much money can I deposit into an ITM?

Limited to 30 items (checks or bills). Multiple transactions may be conducted during the Live Teller session.
The ITMs cannot accept coins.

Can I use a non-Security Bank debit card in the ITM?

Only a Security Bank debit card can be used at an ITM for a Live Teller transaction.
No Cash Advances from any cards can be completed at an ITM.
Non-Security Bank debit cards may be used to access the ATM function only.
