At Security Bank of Kansas City (SBKC), we are always looking for ways to make banking easier and more convenient. That's why we are pleased to feature enhanced 24-Hour Telephone Banking.
 
 
First Time Use (on or after August 6, 2019) 
To verify your identity, the first time you call you’ll need to enter your account number followed by your Social Security number. This is the only time you will be asked to enter your Social Security Number. After that, you will be prompted to re-register for a new Access Code. Once registered, simply follow the Menu prompts.
Quick Tips and Caller Options
Press 3 and the * key to return to the main menu
Press the * key to return to the previous menu
Press the # key to repeat an option
Press 7 and the * key to hang up
Press 8* for speech recognition
Press 9 and the * key to enter a different account number
Press 0 to reach Customer Support during banking hours

Obtain your account balance as well as pending ATM/Debit Card and Memo-Posted transactions

2 - Account History
Access transactions that have fully settled to your account

3 - Transfer Funds or Make a Payment
With your SBKC account, make a payment to your SBKC loan or transfer funds between two SBKC accounts

4 - Hear Pending ACH Transactions
Review pending ACH transactions scheduled to post to your account in the future

5 - Card Services
Report Your ATM or Debit Card Lost or Stolen or Change Your Debit Card PIN

6 - Change Overdraft Options
Opt-In or Opt-Out of overdraft payments for Everyday Debit Card/ATM transactions

7 – Change your Access Code
Select a new Access Code for Telephone Banking

8 – More Options
1 - Interest Rates (Current CD & IRA Rates)
2 - Receive an Account Summary by Email (A snapshot of your account history since your last statement)
3 - Merchant Check Verification (Allows businesses to verify funds for checks received from Security Bank account holders)
4 - Order or Reorder Checks (Place a Check Order from Deluxe Check Printing)
Enhanced Features
Our newly enhanced system provides easy access to your accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It includes convenient options for checking balances, transferring funds, and more.
Speech Recognition 
Enter 8* and you can access your accounts in "hands-free" mode using our speech recognition option. Simply listen to the choices on the menu and say what you want to do. If you prefer to use the keypad to make your selections, that option is also available. It's your choice.
Future-Dated ACH Transactions and Recurring Transfers
You can plan ahead! Review ACH transactions scheduled to post to your account or setup transfers between your Security Bank accounts and loan payments to occur on a future date.
Check Ordering
Need to order checks? Simply select the "Order or Reorder Checks" option from the Automated Telephone Banking menu anytime, day or night.
Account Documents by Email
