You can easily build your own ACH payment database within our system or upload a Nacha (National Automated Clearing House Association) file using our Treasury Management platform.

Express Deposit is a web-based, check image scanning system that allows you, as the merchant, to remotely deposit checks to your Security Bank account without having to leave your place of business. Express Deposit is a safer and more efficient way to process all your checks.
In business today, timely information is critical. Express Deposit provides ease of reconciliation as well as customized reports for your particular needs – all at your fingertips! Whether you do business with your customers in person or through the mail, Express Deposit delivers a one-stop solution for all of your check processing needs.

Payee Positive Pay – A great way to prevent fraud! Checks presented against your account are compared to a file of issued checks that you have provided to the bank. If the items do not match, they are rejected and moved to the exception items for your review. This service helps reduce check and other payment fraud by allowing you to review an online report showing check transactions that might not have been authorized.
ACH Positive Pay – Your company can set "filter rules" to dictate which ACH transactions can automatically clear your account(s). All others not defined will appear to you as an "exception" the following business day. When you receive an exception notice email, simply log into Treasury Management that morning, view the exception item and decide whether to PAY or RETURN the item. This service helps reduce ACH and other payment fraud by allowing you to review an online report showing ACH transactions that might not have been authorized.

Treasury Management can assist with setting up wire transfer options that make sense for your operations while providing control, security, and convenience.
How do I log in for the first time?
You will receive two emails from treasurymanagement@securitybankkc.com for your initial login. The first email will contain your Company ID followed by a second email with an online enrollment link.
- After clicking the enrollment link, users will be prompted to enter the Company ID provided in the first email and their User ID to complete the initial log in process.
- If you utilize a service that requires a token code, you will be required to register your current token during the enrollment process.
I logged in for the first time and cannot see my accounts. What do I need to do to view my accounts on my dashboard?
While logged into your Treasury Management profile, click the "Manage Groups" link in the upper-left area of the “Accounts” section. Locate the group where you would like to add your accounts, click the corresponding "Add Accounts" button, and select the accounts from the provided checklist to add them. When you save your changes, the dashboard should update automatically to reflect the settings you have chosen.
Note: Account setup must be completed in the online browser; this option is not available within the mobile experience.
Can I add other functions or shortcuts to my dashboard?
You can customize your dashboard by clicking the "Configure Dashboard" button located in the upper-right area of the page. This will allow you to add new widgets to the page including options to schedule transfers, work positive pay exceptions, and approve payments. Configuring the dashboard will also allow you to click and drag, as well as resize the various elements of the page to suit your needs.
Is there a Treasury Management App to download?
The new Treasury Management platform is available for both Android and Apple users as a mobile experience, not an App. To access the mobile experience on your smartphone or tablet, scan the QR code or tap the button below, then follow the steps outlined for your device.

- Scan the QR code or Open the Treasury Management platform in your browser.
- Select settings (3 dot icon) at the top of the screen and select “Add to Home screen”.
- Select “Add”.
Apple Users
- Scan the QR code or Open the Treasury Management platform in your browser.
- Select the share icon
at the bottom of the page and select “Add to Home Screen”.
- Select “Add”.
Can I complete a mobile deposit within Treasury Management?
Mobile Deposit is not currently available, for more information on our Express Deposit product please contact your Treasury Sales Officer or one of our convenient banking centers.
I currently use Express Deposit. Do you offer single sign-on capability through Treasury Management?
The desktop version of Treasury Management will provide an option for you to connect to Express Deposit, and separate login credentials are no longer required. If any of your Express Deposit users do not have access to Treasury Management, they can continue using their current Express Deposit login information.
I got a new phone or computer, what do I need to do to reset my two-factor authentication?
For help resetting your current token, please contact Treasury Management Services at (913) 652-4888, and one of our specialists will assist you.
