With our new Treasury Management platform, you will receive improved technology and additional functionality like:

- Recurring ACH Origination and Wire Transfers.
- Bulk Wire Transfer upload capability.
- Multiple layers of dual control for ACH Origination and Wire Transfers.
- ACH Origination, Wire Transfer, and Positive Pay approvals through the mobile experience.
- Internal transfers to multiple accounts from one template.

Treasury Management services are available based on your company's selection of services per Master Agreement with the Bank.

How this Update Affects You
Preparing for the Upgrade
Please Note: This upgrade does not impact our Consumer Online platform.
Prior to February 27th
Log in to Online Banking and select “Cash Manager” then select “Options” to confirm your email and phone number are correct.
February 28th
Any ACH or wire templates created on Friday will not be migrated to the new Treasury Management system. Online access will only be available until 5 p.m. CT.
March 1st and 2nd
Online & Mobile Banking will be unavailable Saturday and Sunday.
Be Advised
Make sure your email and phone number(s) are up to date or you may not be able to access the new system!
Logging in on March 3rd
Access to the new Treasury Management online system will be available beginning at 8 a.m. CT.
Treasury Management Users:
- Click the link provided in the Online Enrollment email.
- Enter the Company ID, Login ID and select “Submit”.
- Enter your first and last name and verify your email address and phone numbers.
- You will need to create your own unique Treasury Management User ID and Password.
Mobile Users

- Select settings (3 dot icon) at the top of the screen and select “Add to Home screen”.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I log in for the first time?
You will receive two emails from treasurymanagement@securitybankkc.com for your initial login. The first email will contain your Company ID followed by a second email with an online enrollment link.
- After clicking the enrollment link, users will be prompted to enter the Company ID provided in the first email and their existing user ID to complete the initial log in process.
- If you utilize a service that requires a token code, you will be required to register your current token during the enrollment process.
I logged in for the first time and cannot see my accounts. What do I need to do to view my accounts on my dashboard?
While logged into your Treasury Management profile, click the "Manage Groups" link in the upper-left area of the accounts section. Locate the group where you would like to add your accounts, click the corresponding "Add Accounts" button, and select the accounts from the provided checklist to add them. When you save your changes, the dashboard should update automatically to reflect the settings you have chosen.
Note: Account setup must be completed in the online browser, this option is not available within the mobile experience.
Can I add other functions or shortcuts to my dashboard?
You can customize your dashboard by clicking the "Configure Dashboard" button located in the upper-right area of the page. This will allow you to add new widgets to the page including options to schedule transfers, work positive pay exceptions, and approve payments. Configuring the dashboard will also allow you to click and drag, as well as resize the various elements of the page to suit your needs.
Is there a Treasury Management App to download?
The new Treasury Management platform is available for both Android and Apple users as a mobile experience, not an App. To create a mobile experience on your phone, scan the QR Code or tap the button below and follow the steps below.

Can I complete a mobile deposit within Treasury Management?
Mobile Deposit is not currently available, for more information on our Express Deposit (RDC) product please contact your Treasury Sales Officer.
I currently use Express Deposit (RDC). Do you offer single sign-on capability through Treasury Management?
The desktop version of Treasury Management will provide an option for you to connect to Express Deposit, and separate login credentials are no longer required. If any of your Express Deposit users do not have access to Treasury Management, they can continue using their current Express Deposit login information.
I got a new phone or computer, what do I need to do to reset my two-factor authentication?
For help resetting your current token, please contact Treasury Management Services at (913) 652-4888, and one of our specialists will assist you.
