How To Get Started
How to get started with Text Banking:
  1. Login to Online Banking, click on “Options” then select “Text Mobile Settings” from the Mobile Banking menu.
  2. Complete the on-screen enrollment instructions and click “Submit”.
  3. A text message will be sent to confirm your enrollment.
  4. You will also receive a text message that will provide information with the basic commands.
  5. Once you receive those text messages, you are ready to begin using Text Banking.

Text Banking allows you to have on-demand access to your balance and account history without the use of a user ID or password. By using simple text commands, you can perform several functions while on the go. Send your command to 89549 to perform the tasks.

Text Banking Commands
Commands What You Will Receive
BAL [Mobile Short Name] Returns the available balance for the account(s) you previously enrolled.
HIST Returns the last five (5) transactions within the last 90 days for all enrolled accounts.
HIST [Mobile Short Name] Returns the last five (5) transactions within the last 90 days for an individual account. 
HELP Returns a list of the acceptable text banking commands.
STOP Disables enrollment for text banking.
