Church Basement Ladies - March 4, 2020
at New Theatre
If laughter is the best medicine, this comedy would raise the dead" - Chicago Sun
The original is back! Church Basement Ladies is the hilarious musical comedy that mixes the silliness of Nunsense with the homespun humor of Prairie Home Companion. It's a celebration of the church basement kitchens everywhere and the wonderful, unsung women who work there. The script is spot on, the music is toe-tapping, the humor is delicious, and the cast includes some of the funniest people we have ever assembled on our stage.
